Delete your frodei account.

Two ways to do it. The app is the fastest and the only way to be sure it is really you.

OPTION 1 · FASTEST

In the app

Open frodei and tap the menu.
Go to Account and tap Delete account & data.
Type DELETE and confirm.

OPTION 2 · NO APP NEEDED

By email

Email support@frodei.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my frodei account”. We confirm and erase it, normally within 7 days.

If you never secured your account with an email, delete it from the app instead, since we have no other way to know it is yours.

🗑️What is deleted

Your profile, sign-in and saved credit card statement information.
Lists only you belong to, with their items, chat and budgets.
Lists you share with others: you are removed as a member and your chat messages and name are deleted. Entries you added stay for the other members, without your name.
Spend alerts kept on your phone are removed when you delete from the app, or when you uninstall frodei.

🕓What we keep

Nothing about you is kept after deletion. Backups of the database may take up to 7 days to roll off.
